Shuaib began his career in the construction industry in 2013 and established Winters Building Solutions (WBS) in 2018. His main focus is on building great Teams, exploring new opportunities that benefit communities, and managing Clients' deliverables. He notes that “the world can be improved at any single moment… what if you can be that positive change?”
Known for his creativity and innovation, Shuaib brings a highly energetic style to his Clients, projects and our WBS family. His leadership philosophy has been shaped during his tenure in Construction Management and through his experience in athletics and community engagement. “I ask a lot of questions – I learned to be inquisitive and open-minded, humble and empathetic.”
Shuaib attended Florida A&M University where he competed in Track & Field and Cross Country and graduated with a degree in Construction Engineering & Technology. From there he started his career while pursuing his graduate degree in Engineering Management at the University of South Florida. Shuaib is a native of Atlanta, GA. Shuaib and his Family reside in Atlanta.
